Nice hotel, had memorable stay.

The rooms were outstanding and tidy with a sofa and a phone. We enjoyed the lovely view.

The units are WELL-APPOINTED and huge with a' double' bed.

Clean hotel with pleasant staff and excellent location really close to Morocco and the beachfront. Kindness from the whole staff. Breakfast with toast, omelette plus croissants. What a relaxing stay, nothing too much trouble.

A standard room with a' double' bed has basic facilities you need. The staff is very helpful and fantastic friendly, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

There is hair in some places.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The location is great if you want to explore the town or take a trip to the port. the hotel is just a few minutes away from Tangier's beautiful town beach. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety.

The gym is a bit small and outdated.

The breakfast at El Oumnia Puerto was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly loved the freshly made pastries and the tasty selection of fruit. The seating outside by the pool was lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy my meal. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who were always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. Despite a few drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Hôtel et chambres ternes, moches, sans caractère. Peu d'effort ou d'imagination dans les quelques prestations sommaires proposées. Bien en-déca d'un supposé hôtel 4 étoiles. / Hotel and bedrooms lackluster, ugly, no character. Little effort in the few summary services available. Well under the standard of a so-called 4-star hotel.

The hotel was wonderfull. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpfull. A large range of choise for breakfast. Nice swimming pool.

The hotel was located very close to the beach and other main attractions. The breakfast was quite good and offered a variety of options. During our stay, the staff treated us with complementary drinks and snacks. It was a nice gesture.

The furniture and decor in the hotel appeared dated and in need of updates. In some areas, the hotel was not clean enough, with dust and unclean chairs and tables spotted.

Location, quality and excellent service. The managers of the hotel are very involved and that improves of the quality of service

Staff not helpfull, food not good

Located near the vibrant nightlife of the area, the hotel is conveniently close to nightclubs and the old port. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is helpful and multilingual, making communication easy for guests. The bar is well-stocked and offers great live music, creating a lively atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and satisfying.

Some of the staff were not consistently helpful, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience for guests.

The Staff. made us very welcoming always there to help. despite the language barrier excellent will return at a later date for sure. will recommend to others.
